I, the undersigned, acknowledge that:

1. Fitness and Health

   • Running is an activity that requires a base level of fitness.

   • I am in good health and possess a sufficient level of fitness to participate in any run organized by KRUNK RUN THE WORLD in which I choose to participate.

   • For any run organized by KRUNK RUN THE WORLD, I am solely responsible for running at a speed and in a manner that aligns with my personal level of fitness.

   • I confirm that I am not experiencing any symptoms of illness that may be transmitted to any other member of KRUNK RUN THE WORLD. I agree not to participate in any run or attend any event organized by KRUNK RUN THE WORLD if I have such symptoms.

2. Risks and Liability

   • I understand that running is an activity that can result in injury and, in extreme cases, death.

   • I acknowledge that running on roads carries additional risks, including the potential for injury and death.

   • I accept that I am solely responsible for maintaining my own insurance coverage in relation to any personal injury or death that may occur while participating in a run organized by KRUNK RUN THE WORLD.

   • I release the organizers of KRUNK RUN THE WORLD from any and all liability for personal injury or death arising from my participation in any run or attendance at any event organized by KRUNK RUN THE WORLD, except in cases where such injury or death occurs as a direct result of the negligence or fraud of the organizers.

   • I expressly indemnify the organizers of KRUNK RUN THE WORLD against any claim, loss, or damages suffered by the organizers or any one of them that arises in any way from my participation in any run or attendance at any event organized by KRUNK RUN THE WORLD.

3. Conduct and Participation

   • The organizers of KRUNK RUN THE WORLD retain the right (at their absolute discretion) to require me to leave a run or event if they determine that my behavior, level of fitness, or state of health poses a risk to myself or others.

4. Data Privacy and Marketing Consent

   • I consent to KRUNK RUN THE WORLD using my personal information for marketing purposes and for the distribution of newsletters.

   • I understand that KRUNK RUN THE WORLD will not share my personal information with other organizations without my express consent.

By signing this waiver, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
