I, the undersigned, acknowledge that:

1. Running is an activity that requires a base level of fitness;
2. I am in good health and have a sufficient level of fitness to participate in any run organized by KRUNK RUN CLUB in which I choose to participate;
3. In respect of any run organized by KRUNK RUN CLUB, I am solely responsible for running at a speed and in a manner that accords with my level of fitness;
4. I am not suffering any symptoms of an illness that may be transmitted to any other member of KRUNK RUN CLUB, and I will not participate in any run or attend any event organized by KRUNK RUN CLUB if I have any such symptoms;
5. Running is an activity that often leads to injury and can, in extreme circumstances, result in death;
6. Running on roads carries with it additional risks of injury and death;
7. I am solely responsible for holding insurance in relation to any personal injury or death I may suffer while participating in a run organized by KRUNK RUN CLUB;
8. I release the organizers of KRUNK RUN CLUB from any and all liability for personal injury or death arising out of my participation in any run or attendance at any event organized by KRUNK RUN CLUB, to the extent that such injury or death does not occur as a result of the negligence or fraud of the organizers;
9. I expressly indemnify the organizers of KRUNK RUN CLUB against any claim, loss, or damages suffered by the organizers or any one of them arising in any way out of my participation in any run or attendance at any event organized by KRUNK RUN CLUB; and
10. The organizers of KRUNK RUN CLUB retain the right (at their absolute discretion) to require me to leave a run or event based on my behavior, level of fitness, or state of health.
